為慶祝來年獎勵計劃成立65周年，香港青年獎勵計劃總辦事處於2025年6月首次舉辦以遠足及獨木舟混合模式進行的金章級野外鍛鍊科訓練課程—「港灣行舟」。在經歷數個月遠足及獨木舟的訓練後，參加者於10月11至14日順利完成四日三夜的評核旅程，他們首兩天在香港進行遠足旅程，其後兩天則於深圳大亞灣進行獨木舟旅程，極具挑戰性。

在第一天旅程的早上，本會於香港青年獎勵計劃賽馬會愛丁堡公爵訓練營舉行啟步禮，並邀請獎勵計劃理事會副主席彭穎生先生，MH, JP擔任主禮嘉賓，以及其他理事會委員、中國內地指導單位代表、各執行處及執行處支部代表到現場為參加者們打氣。隨著鳴槍器響起，參加者在眾人的支持下展開旅程，他們從最初的緊張，到最後充滿自信和愉快地完成評核旅程，見證到他們的學習和成長真是令人感動！

希望參加者能把這幾個月的經歷和感受，成為日後面對挑戰的勇氣和力量，繼續前行！

To celebrate AYP’s 65th Anniversary next year, the Award Office organised the “Gold Level Hiking and Canoeing Adventurous Journey Training Course” in June 2025. After months of hiking and canoe training, the participants successfully completed the four-day, three-night assessment journey from 11 to 14 October. The first two days involved a hiking expedition in Hong Kong, followed by two days of canoeing in Shenzhen's Daya Bay.

On the first morning, a set-off ceremony was held at HKAYP Jockey Club Duke of Edinburgh Training Camp. We were honoured to have Mr. Victor Pang Wing Seng, MH, JP, Vice-Chairman of the Award Council as the Guest of Honour, together with other Award Council members, representatives from the Chinese Mainland guiding unit and representatives from various Operating Authorities and User Units attended to cheer on the participants. As the starting horn sounded, the participants set off on their journey. It was truly inspiring to witness their personal growth, as they transitioned from initial nervousness to completing the assessment with confidence and enjoyment.

We hope that the experiences and learning outcomes from these past months will provide the participants with the courage and strength to face future challenges and continue moving forward!
 

10月19日，AYP於鰂魚涌公園舉行的「山嶺活動安全推廣日」中設攤，與現場參與者一同透過互動遊戲推廣山嶺安全意識。活動中設有「布袋球」及急口令挑戰，以輕鬆有趣的方式增加大家對山嶺安全知識的關注。

我們十分榮幸邀得香港民眾安全服務隊處長暨香港青年獎勵計劃名譽會長羅仁禮先生，MH, JP、獎勵計劃理事會副主席彭穎生先生，MH, JP，以及獎勵計劃總幹事張齊欣女士親臨攤位，給予我們莫大支持。

現場氣氛熱烈，不論大人或小朋友均積極參與，AYP亦準備了多款紀念品與眾同樂。是次活動不僅加深了公眾對山嶺安全的認識，更展現了AYP持續推動青年發展與安全教育之使命。

On 19 October, AYP participated in the "Mountaineering Safety Promotion Day 2025" at Quarry Bay Park, operating an engaging booth that promoted mountain safety awareness through interactive activities. Attendees enjoyed games including “Cornhole” and a tongue-twister challenge, which helped reinforce important safety knowledge in a fun and engaging way.

We were deeply honoured to welcome distinguished guests to our booth, including Mr. Lo Yan Lai, MH, JP, Commissioner of the Civil Aid Service and Honorary President of AYP; Mr. Victor Pang Wing Seng, MH, JP, Vice-Chairman of the Award Council; and Ms. Evy Cheung Tsai Yan, Chief Executive Officer of AYP.

The atmosphere was vibrant, with both adults and children participating enthusiastically. AYP also distributed a variety of souvenirs. This activity not only enhanced public understanding of mountain safety but also demonstrated AYP's ongoing dedication to youth development and safety education.
