AYP銀章頒獎典禮2026於5月7日假香港培正中學圓滿舉行。典禮有幸邀請政務司司長陳國基先生，GBS, IDSM, JP擔任主禮嘉賓，並由獎勵計劃理事會主席郭永亮先生，BBS, JP、副主席彭穎生先生，MH, JP，以及一眾嘉賓一同見證及肯定得獎者的卓越成果。

本年度銀章得獎者人數達 428 人，創下近十一年新高，成績令人鼓舞。獎勵計劃理事會副主席彭穎生先生，MH, JP 於典禮上表示， AYP 的活動與《香港青年發展藍圖》環環相扣。未來， AYP 將繼續凝聚各界力量，攜手為香港青年開拓無限可能。在典禮上，銀章得獎者吳詩筠亦聯同香港培正中學的同學，帶來一場充滿熱誠與勇氣的無伴奏合唱表演。表演環節呼應典禮主題「乘風破浪」，展現青年人駕馭挑戰、按自己節奏突破自我的無限可能。

AYP Silver Award Presentation Ceremony 2026 was successfully held on 7 May at Pui Ching Middle School. The ceremony was honoured to have Mr. Chan Kwok Ki, GBS, IDSM, JP, Chief Secretary for Administration, as the Guest of Honour, together with Mr. Andy Kwok Wing Leung, BBS, JP, Chairman of Award Council, Mr. Victor Pang Wing Seng, MH, JP, Vice-Chairman of Award Council, and other distinguished guests, who witnessed and celebrated the outstanding achievements of our Award recipients.

A total of 428 Silver Award recipients this year marks an eleven-year high, which is truly encouraging. Mr. Victor Pang Wing Seng, MH, JP, Vice-Chairman of the Award Council, stated at the ceremony that the activities of the AYP are closely aligned with the Hong Kong Youth Development Blueprint. Looking ahead, AYP will continue to bring together efforts from all sectors of the community to open up limitless possibilities for Hong Kong’s young people. At the ceremony, Silver Award recipient Wu Sze Kwan, together with students from Pui Ching Middle School, also delivered an impassioned and courageous a cappella performance. Entitled “Ride the wave. Find your pace!”, the performance echoed the theme of the ceremony, showcasing the boundless potential of young people as they navigate challenges and break through at their own pace.

AYP全新推出「滿FUN國民先鋒計劃」，把價值觀教育由課室延伸至營地。在位於大埔的香港青年獎勵計劃賽馬會愛丁堡公爵訓練營透過體驗式學習，讓青年建立正向價值觀與穩固的身份認同基礎。

計劃分為兩大主題營會供選擇，包括以國民教育為主軸的「正向價值國教營」，及以非物質文化遺產為切入點的「中華文化非遺營」。

計劃亮點：

• 非遺文化深度體驗： 透過「文化考察」及「中華文化定向」，學生將親身探索非物質文化遺產的智慧與藝術，增強民族自豪感。
• 價值觀與美德歷奇： 結合繩網挑戰及歷奇任務，磨練學生的「堅毅」意志，並在團隊協作中實踐「仁愛」與「團結」。
• 公民意識與社會責任： 特設「模擬人生——做個好公民！」活動，讓學生在模擬情境中學習守法意識與社會責任感。

活動對象： 小四至中五學生

每團人數：最少40位參加者

AYP is proud to launch the brand-new ‘Full-Fun National Education Pioneer Programme’, designed to extend values education beyond the classroom and into the great outdoors. Hosted at the AYP Jockey Club Duke of Edinburgh Training Camp in Tai Po, this programme utilises experiential learning to help youths build positive values and a solid foundation of identity.

The programme is divided into two major themed camps for participants to choose from: the ‘Positive Values & National Education Camp’, which focuses on national education, and the ‘Intangible Cultural Heritage Experience Camp’, a cultural experience based on intangible cultural heritage.

Programme Highlights:

• In-depth Intangible Cultural Heritage Experience: Through ‘cultural fieldwork’ and ‘Chinese culture orienteering’, students will personally explore the wisdom and artistry of intangible cultural heritage, enhancing their sense of national pride
• Values and Virtues Adventure: Combining rope course challenges and adventure tasks, this section hones students’ ‘perseverance’ and encourages the practice of ‘benevolence’ and ‘unity’ through teamwork.
• Civic Awareness and Social Responsibility: A specially designed “Simulation of Life” experiential workshop allows students to learn about law-abiding behaviour and social responsibility in realistic scenarios.

Target Participants: Primary 4 to Secondary 5 students
Venue: AYP Jockey Club Duke of Edinburgh Training Camp
Group Size: Minimum of 40 participants per group
